Our existing customers need to
re-register, at least for site
login, and special pricing. The
web site requires a valid e-mail
address for accurate communication
on; order confirmation and tracking,
shipment tracking, etc.

You can have more than one user
with unique passwords and user
names for each individual user.
Every account with more than one
user has to have an administrative
for managing the users on your
side.

to addresses
You can have more than one shipping
and billing addresses, and choose
one during online order checkout,
and place your order with those
addresses. Or you can add a new
address during order placing,
and you can comment whether it’s
a permanent or one-time-use address

use of e-mails and customer information

and opt-out
You have the option to opt-in
or opt-out for Advanced PC monthly
newsletter and specials. Opt-in
to specials/newsletter e-mail
doesn’t mean you get spammed
every day. We do NOT share any
customer information with third
parties or marketing companies.
Advanced PC sends out new product
information and special pricing
updates once or twice a month
both in HTML and plain text formats.
Advanced PC also regularly sends
out e-coupons, promotional items,
free stuff, etc. attached to the
special/newsletter e-mails. In
order to receive these e-mails,
you must opt-in here.
You can always change your e-mail
address settings later on as well;
HTML to plain text format or vice
versa.

As mentioned above the use of
e-mail address eases the order
processing, tracking, etc.

Advanced PC Products, Inc. keeps
customer information private in
a secure environment. Access to
private customer information is
limited by users, the information
is kept in secure servers. We
do NOT share any customer information,
customer data, web usage reports,
purchasing habits, accounting
history, financial information,
tax information, and similar with
third parties and other companies/individuals.
Only Advanced PC Products, Inc.
uses the CRM data to better serve
our customers and meet our customers’
expectations.
We respect our customers’
privacy and legal rights. We do
NOT spam, or direct mail outside
our opt-in list.

Advpc.com has different pricing
levels set for registered and
unregistered customers. Retail
Price is the highest price level
for Unregistered/Open Store customers,
which does not require login.

pricing
Registered customers has to login
with their unique user name and
password for seeing the discounted
prices. Your price level may vary
according to your account type. |
