Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America, place your order; choose payment type, as "Credit card details sent separately", and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Or you can fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form ( -- download from here -- )

We accept Amex, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Our shipping charges are calculated online through UPS Online Tools. UPS Shipping rates and services are subject to change.

Please note that, the shipping charges applied to your online order/basket shows an estimate, and may show less or more according to your location. Your actual and most accurate shipping charges are calculated by the time your order is being shipped. Please refer to your Order Confirmation E-Mail for your shipping charges
Delivery Schedule Most (INSTOCK) parts orders are shipped on the same day if received prior to 4:30pm CST. Out of stock items may take 1 or 2 days to ship. Special-order items may take longer due to manufacturer availability. Complete computer systems are usually shipped within two (2) business days from date the system order is received. Special order items may take up to 7 days for shipment. Our normal shipping method is UPS Ground, UPS ORANGE. UPS RED or BLUE. And other shipment methods are available upon request. All insurance, handling and freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any shortages or incorrect shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or we may offer a similar product. Back orders may take up to 2 business days or longer, depending on manufacturer availability.
Tax Charges Out-of-state (out-of-Texas) customers are exempt from tax.
Resellers and Non-Profit organizations are exempt from tax
PS:Note that, resellers must proviide a Reseller Certificate, and Non-profit organizations must provide a Texas Sales Tax Exemption Form in order to be tax exempt.

Returns Policy 1) All returned merchandise must have a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number ( RMA ). Please contact our RMA department directly, or use our convenient Internet RMA Registration Center to obtain your number. We will refuse any merchandise that does not have a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. NO COD SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A legible copy of your original invoice must accompany the returned merchandise. ( Advanced PC will not provide copies of your invoices ) Contents within the RMA packet we receive must match the products applied for only. Any items included other than those applied for will be returned to you. Please include a description of the problem incurred with your product.

2) Products being returned for credit or a refund must be received at our warehouse within thirty ( 30 ) days from the invoice date. ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) A credit or refund will be extended only under the following conditions:
*The product must be returned in its original packaging in new condition. AND IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. *A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged.

*All manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be included. Any missing parts, CD's diskettes, software, documentation, cables, accessories, etc. will be charged to the customer.

3) Absolutely no credit or refund will be extended after 30 days. At our option, we will repair or exchange any product(s) returned after 30 days. Products that are scratched, abused, misused, altered, damaged from acts of nature, power failure or transients, over voltage on interface or have received environmental damage will be nonreturnable for credit. Products that are marked and scratched that are under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Advanced PC Products, Inc will make no over-counter exchanges. Special Order Products/Items DO NOT have any Advanced PC Products, Inc warranty. Therefore, on Special Order Products/Items there is NO REFUND, NO RETURN and NO CREDIT. Direct interface with the manufacturer is the responsibility of the buyer regarding damages or defective merchandise.
