Refunds or credits may not be issued for warranty returns after 30 days. 5. 15% restocking fee may apply for returns other than warranty exchange. Registration 1. Please complete the form below. 2. Provide a detailed description of why item(s) is being returned. 3. Enter the serial number(s) and simply submit the form. After Registration 1. You will receive a copy of your submission via e-mail a. An appropiate e-mail address is required. b. Please keep a copy of responded e-mail for your records. 2. RMA responses are processed in the order that they are received. Shipping RMA Items 1. Please make sure RMA item(s) are packed properly according to the shippers regulations. a. Item(s)/system(s) damaged during shipping (WITHOUT insurance) may not qualify for replacement or credit. b. Processing RMA Item(s)/system(s) damaged during shipping (WITH insurance) may take longer due to shipper applications. 2. Advanced PC Products, Inc. is not responsible for any damaged RMA items during shipment (received by our RMA department). 3. Please do not include any accessories, original retail package (retail pack items only), or cables, etc. with your RMA shipment; unless mentioned by our RMA department. (Monitor replacements/exchanges must be received on the original manufacturer boxes!) |
