This Statement of Privacy describes the practices regarding information collection from visitors while they visit Advanced PC Products, Inc.'s new web site ()

ADVANCED PC PRODUCTS, INC. NEW PRIVACY POLICY
Advanced PC Products, Inc. provides products and services to resellers, VARs, Commercial Users, Businesses, and more since 1986. In order to serve our valued customers with quality by using the latest technology, we collect and store visitor information for use in OUR basic business processing needs only.

Advanced PC Products, Inc. collects general data related to each customer/visitor, such as the IP addresses, operating system, browser type and version number, the web pages viewed,etc.. Advanced PC Products, Inc. keeps this information private in a secure environment. Access to private customer information is limited by users, the information is kept in secure servers.

For our registered customers, the web site behavior characteristics might be tracked and gathered for web site customization. This information may include site navigation paths, advertisements clicked, and Network and Internet data.

The Use Of The Information Collected
Advanced PC Products, Inc. does NOT share any customer information, customer data, web usage reports, purchasing habits, accounting history, financial information, tax information, and similar with third parties and other companies/individuals. Only Advanced PC Products, Inc. uses the CRM data to better serve our customers and meet our customers’ expectations.

The Use Of Cookies
On your first visit to the registered portion of Advanced PC Products, Inc.'s Web site, we may issue a "cookie," a small file stored on your computer's hard drive, in order to simplify and ease your continued use of our new web site; such as easy login, shopping basket use, etc. .The cookie may serve various purposes but is used primarily for establishing personal preferences and customization for each customer/visitor while using our Web site.

The Use Of Opt-In and Opt-Out

Advanced PC Products, Inc. reserves the right and privilege to change this Privacy Policy. If such changes occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated, and all registered users/customers/visitors will be notified prior to the change.

Pricing:
Advanced PC offers dealer pricing protection to VAR's with a valid tax resale certificate and Corporations with valid Federal Identification Number.
Prices, specifications, products and availability are subject to change without notice. Advanced PC Products, Inc. is not responsible or liable for typographical errors and/or errors occuring from photography. Prices do not include shipping.
New Accounts:
Resellers from the State of Texas need to provide a current Sales Tax Resale Certificate. Photocopies of your Resale Certificate will not suffice, we must have the proper form completed and signed to avoid sales tax charges on each order. New accounts may choose to pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) by using the Credit Card Authorization Form.

Non-Profit organizations need to provide us a Texas Sales Tax Exemption Form.

Returned Checks:
Returned checks are a very serious matter. All returned checks will incur a $20 service charge. Service charges must be paid within ten(10) days. Your account will automatically be reclassified to Check Guarantee Only status. Any account that has more than one returned check will automatically be placed on "PREPAY" status for a minimum of six (6) month.
Shipping Policy:
Most parts orders are shipped on the same day if received prior to 4:30pm CST. Complete computer systems are usually shipped within two (2) business days from date the system order is received. Special order items may take up to 7 days for shipment. Our normal shipping method is UPS Ground, UPS ORANGE. UPS RED or BLUE. And other shipment methods are available upon request. All insurance, handling and freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any shortages or incorrect shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours.
Damaged Shipment:
To protect your interest, we suggest that you inspect the shipment before accepting receipt of the merchandise. Damages should be noted on the freight bill and all claims filed with the carrier. Please do not refuse the merchandise.
Logos & Trademarks:
All Logos & Trademarks are property of their respective companies/owners.

 
All returned merchandise must have a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number ( RMA ). Please contact our RMA department directly to obtain your number. We will refuse any merchandise that does not have a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. NO COD SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A legible copy of your original invoice must accompany the returned merchandise. ( Advanced PC will not provide copies of your invoices ) Contents within the RMA packet we receive must match the products applied for only. Any items included other than those applied for will be returned to you. Please include a description of the problem incurred with your product.

Products being returned for credit or a refund must be received at our warehouse within thirty ( 30 ) days from the invoice date. ( NO EXCEPTIONS ) A credit or refund will be extended only under the following conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging in new condition. AND IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged.
All manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be included. Any missing parts, CD's diskettes, software, documentation, cables, accessories, etc. will be charged to the customer.

Absolutely no credit or refund will be extended after 30 days. At our option, we will repair or exchange any product(s) returned after 30 days. Products that are scratched, abused, misused, altered, damaged from acts of nature, power failure or transients, over voltage on interface or have received environmental damage will be nonreturnable for credit. Products that are marked and scratched that are under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Advanced PC Products, Inc will make no over-counter exchanges. Special order products are nonreturnable and no credit or over-counter RMA exchanges will be extended. Direct interface with the manufacturer is the responsibility of the buyer regarding damages or defective merchandise.
