Q: How long does it take to ship a system? A: Generally we require 24-72 hours to assemble and test a desktop system, and within a week to assemble and test a server. However, if there are any complications with the testing process or if an item is out of stock, it may be delayed further. We do not process orders on weekends, therefore any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. |
Q: What if I need a service immediately? A: We have same day or next day services with an additional labor fee. Most same day orders can be picked up after 2:00 P.M. or shipped out on the same day they are placed. Next day usually can be picked up after 9:00 A.M. or shipped out on the day after the order is placed. |
Q: Where can I find my Sales Order Number and Operating System Product Key? Your Sales Order Number and Operating System Product Key are located at the right bottom corner on the right side cover of your case. Your Sales Order Number starts from SO# and is followed by a six-digit number. |
Q: What is the difference between OEM and Retail versions? A: The OEM and retail versions usually will have the same exact product. However, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) versions will come with the actual product and usually the drivers, no special packaging or software. The retail version usually will come with bundled software and retail packaging. Occasionally the retail version will accompany a longer warranty. |
